At Panthera Counselling, I offer client-centred, trauma-informed therapy for children and youth. My approach is integrative and rooted in blending neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and relational safety to support meaningful, lasting change.
I use developmentally appropriate, play-based modalities, based on Synergetic Play Therapy principles — including art, movement, and story — to support children and youth in connecting with their emotions, building nervous system awareness, and developing tools for self-regulation and resilience.
I welcome and support neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and different ways of processing and relating. Whether supporting a child through big emotions or helping a teen explore identity and belonging, I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and care.
“We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engrossed in anything than when we are playing.”
